Once the request is approved, customers will receive instructions regarding the replacement process and, where applicable, the return of the product.
After receiving a replacement request, Oswal Enterprises will review the details and determine whether the product qualifies under this policy.
If the request is approved, a replacement will be arranged, subject to product availability and the applicable terms of this policy.
Customers must ensure that the product is securely packed when returning it to prevent further damage during transportation.
If the approved replacement product is unavailable or out of stock, Oswal Enterprises may offer an appropriate alternative or a credit note equivalent to the value of the original product, subject to mutual agreement and applicable terms.
Any credit note issued will be subject to the validity period and usage conditions communicated at the time of issuance.
Replacement requests may not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence.
Products showing normal wear and tear after use.
Consumable products that have been used or installed, where applicable.
Products with missing or tampered identification labels or serial numbers, where applicable.
Products with damage or defects excluded under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
Products returned without their original packaging, accessories, or other items supplied with the product, where these are required for verification.
All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by Oswal Enterprises.
Oswal Enterprises follows an exchange and replacement policy rather than a general refund policy.
Refunds are not routinely provided for products purchased through our website. However, any applicable statutory rights or remedies available to customers under Indian law will remain unaffected.
All prices and transactions on our website are displayed and processed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.
Oswal Enterprises aims to process orders within its regular business hours, subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and order verification.
